• Sous Chef – preferred previous ship experience
• Chef Tournant – preferred previous ship experience

Minimum age for all applicants is 21 years, clear criminal, and medical record.

• Must have a Professional Culinary Qualification
• Must have at least 2 years practical experience in a Hotel/Resort/Restaurant Operation
