Crew Relations Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides information and services to shipboard employees
Assigns cabin and records all cabin and crew changes
Prepares berthing report for each voyage
Assist with crew sign-on and sign-off
Review immigration documents such as passport, visa, letters of employment, etc

Qualifications
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Shipboard experience is required
Completion of high school is preferred



Human Resources Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and execute activities for the crew; recreational activities, including external excursions
Responsible for crew communication, monthly activities posting
Assist HR center sign-in and sign-off process
Conduct quarterly crew check with preparation and passport audits
Assist Talent & Development in New Hire and Rejoining Crew orientation, provide ship tours

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with background in employee relations, labor relations
Shipboard experience is required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration is preferred
Ability to present with excellent public speaking skills
